In 1 liter of olive oil add a pinch of lavender flowers and put the mixture on warm place to soak for a few days. Then, replace the lavender flowers with fresh ones. Repeat this protocol until the oil has a pleasant smell and then you can use it to massage the painful areas.

Make a mixture of 100 grams of oregano and 50 grams of fresh blackberries and add it in 1,5 liters of water. Boil the mixture for ten minutes and then strain. Add the mixture in your bath. Make warm baths every night before sleeping for ten days. Moreover, if you can’t bath every night then apply poultices soaked in the liquid on the painful area.

Prepare an ointment: bake 20 walnuts and then grind them. Add some fish oil and stir the mixture until it becomes a paste. Before sleeping, clean the painful areas with alcohol and then apply the ointment. Repeat this treatment every night for four weeks.

Make a mixture of 30 grams of thyme, 30 grams of chamomile, 20 grams of lavender flowers, 20 grams of rosemary and 20 grams of aloe leaves. Boil two tablespoons of the mixture in 600 ml of water for about ten minutes. Apply poultices soaked in the warm liquid two times a day.

Mix a teaspoon of birch buds, a teaspoon of cow oil, a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of liquid paraffin. Boil the mixture on low heat for about ten minutes and then pour it in a proper container. Keep the mixture in the fridge for 48 hours and then you can use it. Apply the cure on the affected area for three weeks.

Mix 40 grams of fenugreek leaves and stem, 40 of grams basil, 40 grams of borage roots, 40 grams of plantain, 60 grams of nettle roots and 60 grams of oregano stems. Boil two tablespoons of the mixture in ½ water for three to four minutes. Stir the tea and drink a cup of it three times a day before eating. Also, apply poultices soaked in the liquid two times a day.

Mix 20 grams of wormwood, 30 grams of walnut leaves, 40 grams of chicory, 60 grams of dandelion root, 40 grams of tormentil root, 40 grams of rosemary and 40 grams of lavender leaves. Soak two tablespoons of the mixture in ½ liter of boiling water. After one hour strain the tea. Drink one cup of tea three times a day before eating.
