Use nettle tea

a tablespoon of leaves covered with ¼ liters of boiling water, or tincture obtained by keeping roots of nettle in rakia, 14 days in a warm place, with occasional mixing.

Mix equal parts asparagus, sprouted barley or rye and chicory root, then fry and boil coffee. Drink several times throughout the day.

Take 4 tablespoons of wild strawberry leaf and 2 tablespoons of blackberry and mint leaf, and 5 tablespoons lemon balm, mix, add tablespoon from that mixture in 200 ml of boiling water. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, strain, add raspberry juice and drink before meals 3 times a day.

Mix 100 ml blackberry juice, 1 kg of honey, 100 ml raspberry juice and 100g dandelion juice, and take 1 tablespoon of mixture 3 times a day.

Against strokes

Wash your upper body 3 to 4 times with diluted vinegar, and put on legs warmer made of water and vinegar (vinegar – water / 1: 1). On the head put water compresses and acetic on the legs. Repeat this every 15 minutes. In the nostrils snort diluted vinegar 3 to 5 times a day.

For blood recovery

Take 80 dried pear fruits, wild or winter, put in red wine just until they soften, let it stand for 10 days in the sun or heat, and then eat them. The first day in the morning 1 fruit; second day 2 fruits in the morning and evening; third 3 regularly with meals; fourth day two in the morning and one in the afternoon and evening; fifth day 2 in the morning noon and 2 and in the evening one fruit; sixth day 2 at morning, noon and night; 3 in the seventh morning and at noon and evening 2; eighth day in the morning and at noon, 3, 2 in the evening, ninth day 3 times a day 3 fruits. From the tenth day decrease the intake of fruits, every day a fruit less. The wine should not be drunk.

Take egg whites beaten in milk. Serves against clogging of the blood vessels. Drink freshly squeezed juice of peeled and grated beetroot.
